Prospect Mate Terms of Service
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Prospect Mate, a mobile application for network marketers to track prospects, schedule follow-ups, log activity, and generate outreach scripts (the “App”). The App is provided by Tosyn Apps (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The service
Prospect Mate helps you manage your personal pipeline: store prospect details, set reminders, log calls, meetings, and presentations, view reports, and use AI-assisted scripts for follow-up messages. Features may change as we improve the App.
The App is currently supported by advertising. We may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, or other features later. Any paid offering will be described in the App or store listing before you are charged.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. The App is intended for independent network marketers, distributors, and similar professionals — not for children.
You are responsible for complying with the laws, platform rules, and your company’s policies that apply to your outreach (including anti-spam, telemarketing, and data-protection rules).
4. Your account
You may create an account with email and password or supported sign-in providers. You must provide accurate information and keep your login details confidential.
You are responsible for activity on your account. Notify us promptly at the contact email below if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being misused.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App for unlawful, harassing, or deceptive outreach; upload content you do not have the right to store; attempt to access other users’ data; reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the App; or use the App to send bulk unsolicited messages.
Prospect Mate is a personal CRM-style tool. You remain solely responsible for how you contact people, what you say, and whether you have permission to store and use their information.
6. Prospect and contact data
You may add prospects manually or import selected contacts from your device address book after granting permission. Imported details (such as name, phone, and email) become part of your prospect records in the App.
You represent that you have a lawful basis to store and use any personal data you enter or import — for example, that the person is someone you met, who was referred to you, or who otherwise expects to hear from you. Do not import or store contacts you are not entitled to process.
7. AI-generated content
Optional AI features can draft follow-up scripts and related suggestions using information you provide, such as prospect notes, your chosen tone, and optional business context. Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given person or offer.
AI suggestions are not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and they do not guarantee recruiting, sales, or rank results. You must review every message before sending it and remain responsible for what you communicate.
8. Notifications and reminders
If you allow notifications, the App may send follow-up reminders and optional daily-quote alerts. You can turn these off in the App settings or your device settings at any time.
9. Advertising
The App displays ads from Google and may request permission to use an advertising identifier so ads can be more relevant. You can decline tracking on iOS. Ads do not change these Terms; they are a way we keep the App available.
10. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, trademarks, and software, is owned by Tosyn Apps or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal business use in line with these Terms.
You retain rights in the content you submit (such as notes and prospect records). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the App for you.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOSYN APPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders, sync, AI output, or reports will always be complete or timely. Network marketing results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOSYN APPS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if we must do so for legal or security reasons, or if we discontinue the App.
After deletion or termination, we will delete or de-identify your account data as described in the Privacy Policy, except where we must retain information for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this screen will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will provide a reasonable notice in the App where practicable.
