Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Tosyn Apps (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Prospect Mate (the “App”).

We built the App so independent network marketers can keep prospect records, reminders, and activity in one place. We only collect what we need to run that service, show ads that support it, and improve the experience.

2. Who we are

3. Information we collect

Account and profile. When you sign up or complete onboarding we collect your name, email, password (stored by our auth provider), optional phone number, company or team, goals, stage, typical lead source, and weekly follow-up volume. You may also add a profile photo from your library.

Prospects and pipeline. You may store names, phone numbers, emails, interest level, source, status, notes, where you met someone, follow-up titles and dates, outreach activity (calls, WhatsApp, texts, email, meetings), and daily activity counts (calls, meetings, presentations, follow-ups, new prospects).

Device contacts (optional). If you choose Import from Contacts and grant permission, we read the contact you select (name, phone, email) to pre-fill a prospect. We do not upload your full address book.

Settings and usage. We store reminder and quote-notification preferences, AI tone, optional business context for scripts, and app events needed to operate features such as ads eligibility and sync.

Product analytics. We use PostHog to understand how the App is used (screens visited, feature usage, and similar events). This may include a user identifier, email, name, company, device and app version, and approximate locale. We do not send prospect contact details or notes to PostHog.

Technical data. Our infrastructure, analytics, and advertising partners may receive device and app identifiers, crash or diagnostic data, network type, and approximate locale as provided by the OS and ad SDK.

4. How we use information

We use your information to: create and secure your account; sync your prospects, follow-ups, and logs across your devices; send the reminders and quotes you enable; generate optional AI scripts; personalize in-app experience (for example XP, streaks, and reports); show ads; understand product usage so we can improve the App; prevent abuse; and communicate with you about the App.

5. Contacts and other people’s data

Prospect records are your business notes. You decide whom to add. We process that data on your behalf to provide the App. You are responsible for having a lawful reason to store it and for how you use it outside the App.

We do not sell prospect lists. We do not use your prospects to market our own products to those people.

6. AI features

If you use AI scripts, relevant fields (such as prospect name, notes, your tone, and business context) are sent to our AI provider to generate a draft. Do not put sensitive data in notes or business context if you do not want it processed for that purpose.

We do not use AI output to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

7. Notifications

Follow-up reminders and daily quotes require notification permission. Tokens and scheduling data are used only to deliver those alerts. You can disable them in Profile or in system settings.

8. Advertising and tracking

We use Google Mobile Ads to show ads in the App. The ad SDK may collect advertising identifiers and interaction data as described in Google’s advertising privacy documentation.

On iOS we may ask for App Tracking Transparency permission so ads can be personalized. If you deny tracking, you can still use the App; you may see less relevant ads. You can also reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings.

9. How we share information

We share data with service providers who help us operate the App, including: Supabase (authentication and cloud database), PostHog (product analytics), Google (sign-in where used, and advertising), Apple (sign-in where used, and App Store), our AI toolkit provider for script and quote generation, and Expo/push infrastructure for notifications.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information.

10. Storage, security, and retention

Account and pipeline data are stored in the cloud and may also be cached on your device so the App works when you are offline. We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, access controls) but no method is 100% secure.

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account from Profile, we delete or de-identify associated cloud records, except information we must retain for legal, security, tax, or dispute-resolution purposes, or that is stored in backups for a limited period.

11. Your rights and choices

You can access and update profile details in the App, control notifications and AI settings, grant or revoke contacts, photos, notification, and tracking permissions in system settings, and delete your account from Profile.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email tosyno826@gmail.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity first.

12. Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

13. International processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including where our hosting, auth, ads, and AI providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. We use providers that offer contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to this type of app.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. If a change is material, we will provide notice in the App where practicable. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
